The Healing Hand Foundation connects Alaska Native people with medical assistance and/or durable medical equipment during times of hardship, with increasing rates of suicide and substance abuse; specifically in Southeast Alaska and the rural villages in our communities. Noyes Funding increased Healing Hand Foundation staff’s capacity to participate in the Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium beneficiaries which serve Alaska Natives and U.S. Veterans in Alaska.
