Indigenous 20 Something Project
Indigenous Led Initiatives
The Indigenous 20 Something Project is an inter-tribal movement focused on healing a generation by promoting, creating, and sustaining healthy lasting collaborations among Indigenous 20-somethings. Noyes funding supported the completion of the film, Tekona, a cultural narrative health tool focusing on the mental health of a young Indigenous man experiencing emotional vulnerability and his relationship to his matriarchal lineage. The film will be accompanied with a story telling guide and utilized as an advocacy platform in various Indigenous communities.
