It Takes Roots is a multiracial, multicultural, and multigenerational network of+J7 alliances led by women, gender non-conforming people, people of color, and Indigenous Peoples working to address the intersecting crises of democracy, economy, and ecology. Noyes funding supported partnerships with other cross-sectoral forces to fight a federal Green New deal with strong local and state implementation.
