The Center for Court Innovation/Justice Innovation is a Syracuse based restorative justice program working with the justice system to divert cases from court and into the community for healing. Noyes funding supported public education trainings, communal safety protocols, and narrative campaigns to transform lacking cohesion, segregation, and unsafe housing conditions.
