Sunflower County Parents and Students United is broad based, rural, multi-issue grassroots community-based organization that utilizes an inter-generational model to co-power the citizens of Sunflower County to hold their public and elected officials accountable to the needs and interests of poor, low wealth, African-Americans. Noyes funding expanded civic participation and outreach work to incarcerated populations and disseminate toolkits on 2020 Census Redistricting efforts.
