Olivia Roanhorse

Olivia Roanhorse is Diné (Navajo) from Window Rock, Arizona. Currently the VP of Programs at the Notah Begay III Foundation, which exists to empower Native American youth while addressing the profound health and wellness issues that impact them, she previously served as the Director of Native Strong: Healthy Kids, Healthy Futures, and has more than 15 years of experience in the public-health field. Olivia received a master’s degree in public health and health policy and administration from the University of Illinois in Chicago and a bachelor’s in environmental science from Colorado College. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
