Bogue Chitto Lincoln County Community Development Center is a community-based organization committed to enhancing quality of life and organizing efforts of youth and senior citizens in rural communities through sustainable practices. Noyes funding supported the development of a Mentorship Program for community elders to transfer knowledge and skills and create a youth leadership engagement program that encourages workforce development and social activism.
